What’s Included
- Canvas cut slightly bigger than your clutch size.
- A paint brush
- A selection of fun paint colours
- Each box also contains a pot of white and metallic paint
- A pre-paid return address label sticker
How does it work?
- Post out everything that you need
- Included is a return postage sticker
- Take as much time you need to complete your canvas
- Carefully put your completed dried canvas back into the box, put the return sticker over the original sticker
- Once received back your artwork will be transformed into a bespoke WH clutch. We aim to get your clutches back to you as soon as possible but please allow 4 weeks.
Tips & Tricks
- Use of different sized paint brushes
- Different paint colours – any medium of paint can be used; inks, acrylics, spray paint, oil pastels etc. please ensure whatever you use isn’t too thick, so it won’t crack and be overly lumpy when sewing.
- If adding foil use normal glue stick to stick it on after the paint is completely dried.
- Allow each colour/layer to dry completely before you start layering colours and patterns
- We find that building a solid base colour or starting with larger shapes works best as to not leave a completely white background, but this of course is entirely up to you!
- Keeping it monochromatic is a really amazing look too, a pot of white paint has been included to make a variety of shades of the one colour. In the shed we use so much white paint to mix beautiful colours.
- Remember, there are no rules when it comes to creating and getting your artsy on! Have fun with it and take as much time as you need.
